JC Bastidas serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Universal TSCM Group with offices in New York, California, Florida and Arizona. He possesses extensive experience in Law Enforcement having worked in the world's largest Police Department.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Mr. Bastidas has worked in the New York City Police Department's Counterterrorism, TARU, Detective, Risk Management, Narcotics, Warrants, Patrol and Transit Bureaus supervising Detectives and Police officers.

EDUCATION

Mr. Bastidas possesses a Bachelor's Degree in  Criminal Justice from St. John's University and a Master's Degree in Education from St. John's University.

Mr. Smester is a expert in the TSCM/Bug Sweep field. He conducts hundreds of bug sweeps throughout the Unites States every year. He is a retired Lieutenant with 20 years working for from the New York City Police Department. He has worked in various units such as Anti-Crime Unit, Precinct Platoon Commander, Technical Assistance Response Unit (TARU), Fugitive Apprehension Unit, and Detective Squad Commander.
